I’m a Graphic Designer, Illustrator, passionate educator, and researcher with experience across the design industry. My career spans a wide range of creative and teaching roles, reflecting my commitment to thoughtful visual communication and community-centred design.
I’ve worked as Designer and Editor of Riff Raff magazine, a bi-annual community publication based in Hamilton, Aotearoa, where I helped share stories and work that celebrate our local creatives. I also bring agency experience from my time at AREA Design, contributing to projects that strengthened brands and told engaging visual stories through publication.
My teaching journey has been diverse. I’ve taught Design at Chengdu University in China and Art & Design at St Gildas’ Primary School in London. Currently, I’m privileged to help shape the next generation of designers at The School of Media Arts at Wintec, where I teach on the Bachelor of Design degree. My teaching practice is grounded in creativity, curiosity, and empowering students to develop their own design voice.
